What: Virtual 5K Trail Run and Walk

When: 12:00 AM Friday, July 10th to 10 PM Sunday, July 12th. 

Course:  You can choose to run this race virtually, wherever you'd like  or you can run the actual course itself. If you do run the course, we ask that you maintain all social distancing guidelines. This outdoor course takes place on Lacawac Sanctuary's Big Lake Trail which is a looped trail. Be advised that sections of the course are technical, rocky and steep. No strollers on the course.

How It Works: Run your virtual race between 12:00 AM Friday, July 10th and 10 PM Sunday, July 12th and submit proof of your virtual results to the link below. Proof of results must be in the form of a GPS app such as Garmin, Strava, MapMyRun, etc.

Walk: Non-competitive
