Frozen Nuts Winter Race Series

It's cold outside! College football is over! The holidays are done! Maybe you gained a few "holiday" pounds?!

Summer bodies are made in the Winter baby!  Introducing the Frozen Nuts Winter Race Series (get your head out of the gutter, I'm talkin' acorns!).  Somerset Lake in Landenberg will be the host to this 5 race point series pitting man and woman against the elements on a scenic 4-mile course (there's not many 4-milers around so your first race is likely a PR!).

Register for the whole series (best buy) and get the series long-sleeve shirt, or register per event (Friday January 20 is the last day to register for the series and/or order the shirt) . Day of registrations are available up until 15-minutes before race start times (1:15PM) for $30 (includes all amenities).

Shirts can be purchased additionally for $20 for non-series registrants.  

Race Dates:  All Saturdays, all races start at 1:30PM

January 7 and 21;

February 4 and 25;

March 11

Awards: This is a 5 race point series.  Points accumulate over those 5 races based on placing. Winner gets 10 points and goes back 1 pt from there (10,9,8,7,6,5,...). Points will be separated for males/females.  Top 3 point leaders (per gender) at the last race March 11 will get prizes (gift cards).  

Race Amenities: There will be a cooler of beer, a pot of hot cocoa, chips, nuts, and a Food truck meal, all included with your registration!  There may or may not be an aid station (water freezes in the winter ya know).
