The Josie Kerr-Gleave Memorial Run

The second annual Josie Kerr Memorial Run is dedicated to our beloved "Josie" (Joanne Kerr-Gleave), who was a selfless mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, and friend. Josie passed away on May 12th, 2017 at the age of 41 after a long battle with breast cancer, leaving behind her beautiful 18-year-old daughter Sara. Sara recently graduated from Archbishop Wood in June and will be attending Penn State University in the fall with a major in nursing. Josie always wanted Sara to receive a good education and do well in school. Before Josie passed away, she expressed concerns about Sara's future endeavors and not being physically and financially present to support her daughter. This event was organized in honor of Josie to help raise funds for Sara's college tuition and additional services such as housing, meal plan, books, lab fees, etc. All proceeds will go directly to a bank account set-up specifically for Sara's college tuition. THANK YOU to everyone who attended the event last year. All of your love and support is greatly appreciated by our beautiful angel Josie. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Registration will be available ON race day, however, it is recommended that you sign-up online prior to the event. If you decide to sign-up on race day, race payment will be CASH only! Following the event, there will be light refreshments and  a raffle/silent auction that all are welcome to attend. The event will take place at Pavilion 11 (same location as last year). There will be signs directing you to the correct location. The park is dog-friendly and your furry friends are more than welcome to attend!
