North Penn IronKnights Kids Triathlon Training Program

This program is designed to help your child be ready and complete the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon.  PLEASE NOT ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BE NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS.  Also note this program does not include the race.   It is for the training program only.

The program will be split this year by grade level.   Your child must participate in the program that corresponds with their grade level.  As a result of the limited pool time with North Penn High School, we have rented pool time on May 1 to allow our program participants to swim.  We will be breaking the kids down into smaller groups and times for this event.  

Tuesday Program - GRADES 3-6 ONLY

Thursday Program - Grades K-2 ONLY

Location:  Walton Farm

Sessions will run from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM. The first four sessions are planned as bike/run sessions. On the final evening, we will do a transition clinic with set-up and race practice.

You are responsible for bringing your child's bike, bike helmet, sneakers, and a water bottle.  Please note that bikes must be in working condition and the tires pumped prior to class arrival.

We will do our best to hold each session.  Please understand if there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel the session and there may not be a make-up class.

THIS IS A TRAINING PROGRAM IT IS NOT THE RACE REGISTRATION
