Lou's Grand Slam 10K & 5K Trail Run

Please read carefully - Importnat infomration for Lou's Grand Slam 10K and 5K, Saturday, August 6.

Due to low registration numbers we are forced to cancel the upcoming 10K and 5K. Currently there are no plans to reschedule the race this year. We hope that we can find a good date and location for next year and keep this great event going.

Technical (performance) T-shirts will replace cotton T-shirts! All participants who register online for this event will be guaranteed a Tech Shirt! Onsite registrants, T-shirts not guaranteed, and will be handed out on a first come first serve basis. Children 10 and under may purchase a cotton T-shirt for $10.

Cost: For both 10K and 5K
$20 - Early bird special (ends March 31st)
$25 - (4/1- 5/31)
$30 - (6/1-7/25)
$35 - (On-site)
Children 10 years old and younger participate for free.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories.
1st Place prize will be awarded to overall Male and Female.
1st, 2nd, 3rd: Female - 0-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
1st, 2nd, 3rd: Male - 0-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+

T-Shirts:
Technical (Performance) T-shirts will be provided to all pre-registered 10K and 5K participants. On-site registration, T-shirts will be handed out of a first-come-first serve basis.

Participants 10years of age and under may purchase a cotton T-shirt for $10.

Timing:
This race is timed by Pretzel City Sports.

Dogs Allowed: Yes

Trails runs can be a challenge but so can the fight against Lou Gehrig's disease. Can you tough it out with us? Join us Saturday, August 6th for the 4th Annual Lou's Grand Slam 5K. This challenging but beautiful trail run will be held at Gifford Pinchot State Park in Lewisberry, PA.

Lou's Grand Slam 5K is a fun trail run and walk on the trails of Beautiful Gifford Pinchot Park.  10K and 5K run starts at 9 AM followed   Proceeds for the event will go to the ALS Society to help fight Lou Gehrig's disease.  Get pumped for a fun race perfect for friends & family.
