Description

The Lock Haven Branch YMCA is partnering with the Gagnon family to put on a Memorial Run the River 5k to commemorate Christian Gagnon, who passed away unexpectedly, last year. Shirts are included with registration prior to August 10th. The run will start at Hannah Park in Lock Haven, PA and travel down the Levy along the Susquehanna River. The course is an out and back race with all proceeds supporting the Lock Haven YMCA Youth wellness programs and summer camp.

The race will start at Hannah park in Lock Haven, run down Susquehanna Avenue towards Lock Haven University and turn left to get up onto the levy for majority of the run. It's an out and back course with one aid station at the turn around.

Day of Registration must be with a credit/debit card.

PARKING: Parking at Hana Park is limited, so please plan to come early, park on the street, or be prepared to walk to get to the start.

After the race is complete, there will be light refreshments for everyone- coffee, donuts, etc.

Awards: There will be awards handed out to the First place male and female of the following categories:

55+
