Run the Vineyards - "The 5K Waltz"

Run the Vineyards 5th Annual 5K at the beautiful Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery in historic Lancaster County.  Run or walk the scenic vineyard with mountain views and finish with World Class European-style wines which are produced on this estate winery property. Enjoy combining fun, fitness, and wine and start a new family tradition one day before Mother's Day!

• The Run - 

  • Scenic 5K course through vineyard while enjoying 100s of miles of views! 

  • Chip-timed with instant results. Starts at 9AM.

  • Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs)

• The After Party - 

  • A complimentary glass of award winning wine for age 21+

  • Live music immediately after race at 9:45 AM 'til Noon

  • Food truck on-site with delicious food items to order 

  • Relaxing setting overlooking the vineyard and mountain/valley landscape.

• The Swag and More - 

  • Custom High Quality Race Shirt ~ Women's, Men's/unisex, and Youth sizes, or upgrade to Women's Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Men's Tanks do not require an extra fee. *Please register by April 26th to guarantee first choice. Many extras are ordered and available while supplies last for those who register after April 26. 

  • One Complimentary Glass of Wine for age 21 and over.

  • Run the Vineyards Stemless Wine Glass

  • Souvenir Finisher Medals optional for $8 during registration or $10 on race day (while supplies last)

  • Walkers and children are welcome to participate.1 Hour time limit kindly requested. Need to be registered and start on time at 9 AM behind the runners for safety of all participants. 

  • Free downloadable race and after-party photos. Professional photographer on staff.

  • Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals. 

  • Packet Pick-Up on Race Day @ 7:30 - 8:30 AM at the "Good Day for a Run" tent. Arrive by 8:30 AM to check-in.
