Join the Mojo Crew...or "Tribe" as we like to consider ourselves for an awesome training experience! Training begins January 6th. This program is individualized and is coached by Dustin Whehler, RRCA, owner of C3 Training & Jenn Wohlgamuth, CF-L1, ACSM-PT & Proprieter, Mojo Running. The program will include nutrition supported long runs and onsite coaching. There are two group runs scheduled each week along with speed work for those wanting the extra challenge. The long runs will be run primarily on Saturdays but locations will change. The group will have weekly emails, Facebook and text messaging for up to the minute information.
