How to Submit Your Time.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS

You can track your run/walk using one of the many GPS-enabled tracking systems, but you will manually enter your miles using the steps below. 

Click on Submit Your Time below
Click Submit Your Results
Look up your registration by name or email
Click Log Activities
Input data & submit!
Your 5K must be completed by May 20th.
On Saturday May 20th ONLY you can enter your time and proof. Entry must be done by 11:59 p.m. EDT.
