Description
The Riddlewood 5k Run/Walk and Pool Bash with Kids Obstacle Course is quickly approaching on Saturday evening, August 12th. Registration is now open.
5:15p - The Kids Obstacle will take place around the ball field perimeter while being sprayed by The Rocky Run Fire Department, a family crowd pleaser.
6p – Runners will hit the rolling hills of Riddlewood/Sunnybrae. This challenging 5k begins and ends at Riddlewood Swim Club where the festivities will be in full swing with a pool party.
Live music from Richards Guitar Studio, Slushys from Sunset Slush Media, and a complimentary brew from The Sterling Pig for registered runners/walkers is sure to be a good time.
Food, Silent Auctions, and 50/50 will be held following the run during the award announcements. Prizes will be given to different age categories at the end of both Kids Obstacle and 5k. If you are not a runner or walker, the pool party following the run is an excellent time. All are welcomed to enjoy Riddlewood Swim Club for the evening. ($5 admission for non-registered runners/walkers)
