Blake R. Kovilaritch 5K Memorial Run/Walk

Sponsored by the Milton Booster Club, this 6th annual memorial 5K will be held at the Milton Senior High School starting at 9:00 AM.

Water and snacks will be provided as refreshments after you finish.
 
The purpose of this event is to honor Blake through a scholarship. Proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund. Blake was a 2013 Alumni and Athlete in the Milton School District. He participated in basketball, golf, bowling, and track & field. He tragically lost his life in 2016.
 
Registration/Check-in: 7:30 – 8:30 AM at the Milton Senior High School - 700 Mahoning Street, Milton 17847
 
Entries: $25.00 with commemorative t-shirt for online pre-registration. Shirt guaranteed until September 15th -- Late and Day of Registration is $30.00; shirt not guaranteed the day of race.
 
ALL REGISTRANTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
Mailed registration must be post marked/registered by September 22nd to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Divisions: Male/Female Youth – 16 to 19 years old;  13 to 15 years old;  12 and under
                  Male/Female Adult – 20 to 29 years old; 30 to 39 years old; 40 to 49 years old; 50 to 59 years old; 60+
 
Awards: An award will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
