Description
Walkers, runners, and children are welcome to join Expectations Women's Center for their 2nd Annual 5K, Walk + Fun Run at Indian Park in Montoursville, PA. All proceeds will benefit the services Expectations Women's Center offers to the community free of charge, including healthy relationship education, pregnancy tests, parenting education, ultrasound services, and post-abortion support. Participants have the opportunity to recruit cheerleaders to cheer them on as they participate in this event, while raising funds for Expectations Women’s Center. It’s easy! Download the “Sponsorship Form” on the sidebar on the left and ask family and friends to donate and sponsor you in this event. Funds raised through individual sponsorships will support the services offered in the community, free of charge, including the addition of ultrasound services in the Williamsport Office.
WHEN: April 27th, 2019 (Rain date: May 4th, 2019)
TIME: Packet pick-up from 7:30 - 8:30 AM at Pavilion 5.
Race start and finish also at Pavilion 5, starting at 9:00 AM.
REGISTRATION: The 5K cost is $25 and this includes a t-shirt. (Youth sizes Medium and Large, as well as Adult sizes Small - 2XL)
The Fun Run available for children 12 & under is FREE, no t-shirt included. However, the Expectations Women's Center requests a donation of $5 for all participants under the age of 12.
Children 12+ and adults are also welcome to participate in the Fun Run for $25, t-shirt included.
* We will do our best to match all t-shirt sizes, but for those who register after April 5th, we may not be able to accommodate exact t-shirt size selected. *
AWARDS: 1st Place Male and Female in 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
