SCEF 8th Annual 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk

The 8th Annual SCEF 5k and 1 Mile will take place at Shenango High School on Saturday, September 18, 2021. The 3.1 mile course is suitable for walkers, runners and strollers. It is an out and back course on rolling flat roads. All proceeds from the event go to the Shenango Community Education Foundation, which funds students scholarships and classroom grants for the Shenango Area School District. 

5K Race Fees: Adult race entry fee includes tee shirt and goody bag. (Shirts guaranteed for entries prior to September 10, 2021.)

Pre-Registration for 5k: $20 runsignup.com (online preferred).

1 Mile Race: $10 (paper registration only) goody bag included. Tee shirt can be pre-ordered for and additional $10.

Race Day Registration: $25 Students (Grades K – 12): $10 (Tee shirt not included. Student entry fee is the same for pre-registration and race day.)

Age Groups and Awards: Top overall male and female finishers will receive medals. The top 3 male and female in each age group will receive medals: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. All medals will be given immediately after the race.
