Why do we “Race for Resources”?

We Race to raise funds to provide Resources, services, and activities, to people with autism and other intellectual disabilities to help them gain independence and provide social opportunities enriching their lives today and building them a brighter tomorrow.

What does Autism Cares Foundation do?

Our Adult Services Division provides programs where participants enhance their life skills to develop greater independence. We are a licensed provider of a Community Participation Program (aka: Day Program), a Home and Community Program, and Supported Employment.

We also provide PEP (Personal Enrichment Programs) programs and activities for adults through our 18+. The multi-pronged approach includes enhancing social and independence skills, integration into the community through volunteering, and creating possible trainings and opportunities. PEP courses provide avenues where participants experience normalization and socialization, explore new interests, enjoy leisure activities, and improve social skills, in a safe and respectful environment. PEP will help participants build connections within peer groups and the community. All courses, clubs and related activities will be private pay.

For younger children and teens, Autism Cares Foundation provides an abundance of activities annually geared to various age groups and includes movies, themed dances, fitness program, singing, trampoline parks, and much more.

The race is on! We need your support. Whether you choose to build a team, run, walk, sponsor, donate, or present at our Expo, your financial support of Autism Cares Foundation enables us to offer many activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
