This event is hosted by French Creek Racing and is designed for the first time triathlete, as well as those who are more experienced. You will learn the importance of mass swim starts, buoy turns, sighting, drafting, and much more!
Also included will be an overview of triathlon do's and don't.
What do I need to bring with me to this clinic? Everything that you will need to swim on your race day, including but not limited to: swim suit, swim cap, goggles, wetsuit, body glide, towel, basic nutrition/hydration, sunblock.
Clinic Schedule:
10:20-10:50AM - On land open water overview, General Q&A, Ask me anything.
10:50-11:50AM - In water drills and instruction for open water swimming.
