We at Schuylkill River Runners (SRR) are working daily with officials to figure out our next steps with each of our races.
As of today, the Sweet & Salty 5k &10k are cancelled.
If you would like to transfer to one of our future races instead, our calendar of races is listed on our website. Please send us an email with "transfer to RACE NAME" in the subject line. Our email address is schuylkillriverrunners@gmail.com.
If you would prefer a refund, email us at schuylkillriverrunners@gmail.com with the subject REFUND and we will contact you.
SRR is working diligently to keep you motivated during this time; check out our Facebook page for daily motivational posts. This is a great place to connect with our runners and walkers and is full of positive and fun posts.

3rd ANNUAL SWEET & SALTY 5k/10k
"Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of bacon!!"
Location/Registration: 401 N. Whitehall rd. Norristown, PA 19403 day of registration will take place at the Whitehall parking lot. Parking will be across the Street in the Norristown school parking lot starting at 6:30AM
Time: 5k/10k Will Start @7:30AM 1 Mile will follow
Course: Both races will be looped courses through the scenic Norristown Farm Park. The courses will be EXTREMELY well marked and runner friendly!!
Amenities: EVERY runner will receive a unique custom finisher's medal and T-Shirt (LAST day TO GUARANTEE a T-Shirt is Wednesday 6/26, Then it will be first come, first serve while supplies last) to commemorate the event & holiday to go with a few slices of BACON!! Also, EACH participant will receive ice cream courtesy of Merrymead Farm in Lansdale PA!! (We will ALSO have Vegan Ice Cream as well!!)
Awards: Top 3 over all M+F in both races will receive special awards plus Top masters M + F and Awards to the Top 3 in the following age groups: 14 and under 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Plus a special award to the runners who are dressed the most festive!! (These awards will be sure to Please!!)
Teams: (MUST have at least 5 participants, 5k ONLY) We will also have team awards!! We will award the top 2 teams based on times. We will also give a special award to the team with the most representatives!! The winning teams will receive Cup Trophies!! (Team Participants will STILL be eligible for ALL individual awards!!)
Entry Fee: 5k/10k $25 until March 1st, $30 till April 1st, $35 until June 1st, $40 till race day and $45 day of (if NOT sold out) 10k is $5 more after March 1st 1Mile Fun Run Walk- $15 includes Ice Cream/Bacon Party Pass-$15 Includes Ice Cream/Bacon
