Description
The Fourth Annual 5K Walk for Jay will be held on May 18th @9am at Pennridge High School in Perkasie, PA. Jason continues to bring people together and build a great sense of community. This walk is to honor Jason, keep his legacy going and raise donations for our charity fund to keep our communities safe and assist with any needs they may have. This is a time to gather with friends and family to enjoy the outdoors, share laughter, make memories and most of all come together as a community.
REGISTRATION THRU May 1st will include a t-shirt with registration fee.
REGISTRATION AFTER May 1st will be lowered to $20 and will NOT include a t-shirt with registration fee.

Please report to the check in table by 8:30am to pick up your t-shirt

Walk will start on the athletic track at 9am

This is a walk, not a race. It is not a timed event

There will be free refreshments as well as music and raffle baskets
- No pets are permitted on the premises
