Rock Run (Race has been cancelled)

Please join us for the second annual Rock Ministries Rock Run 5K run/walk on Saturday, August 12, 2017. By signing up you will not only be able to take part in the event, but you will also be supporting Rock Ministries in a big way.

This 5K Run/1 Mile Walk course will be through our Kensington neighborhood. The course is mostly flat and will have two water stations. Streets will be closed off for the race.

Following the race, our annual Rock the Block block party celebration will be held on Kensington Avenue between Somerset and Tusculum Streets. It will feature music, food and fun! 

Proceeds of this race will be used for programs at Rock Ministries. Our goal is to expand our ability to share Christ through outreach events, placing missionary families on each block, and serving the community. This is another important way to reach our mission field for Christ, one block at a time.

Award Categories for Race Winners:                

Top male and female overall; top male and female in each age group:

• 19 and under
• 20 – 39
• 40 – 59
• 60 and older

Registration Fees:            

• $25 untill 7/1
• $30 untill 8/1
• $40 DAY OF
