Thank you so much for your interest in the Roots, Rock, Run 5K and the GrassROOTS Community Foundation . Your support is invaluable to us.
Your dedication to your physical health makes you an example for members of our community. Movement improves our health.
This year the R3 5K will be a hybrid activity - you have your choice of the live or in-person starting at 8:30 at Lloyd Hall in Philadelphia (near the Art Museum) or to participate in the virtual race - wherever you are.
On June 3rd between 8:30am and 12:00pm, we will collectively run 5K wherever we are.
Some of us will run with the GrassROOTS Team at Lloyd Hall and along Kelly Drive in Philadelphia, others can run outside in the virtual race wherever you are or on a treadmill, however you can do it!
Proceeds from your registration will go toward our efforts to #EndPeriodPoverty.
The top 3 winners will receive a special GrassROOTS tee.
** First place winner will win two tickets to the Roots Picnic.
