Come out and support Phoenixville XC and the American Cancer Society in the 4th Annual Miles for Cancer 6 Hour Relay and Ultra!

Interested participants can pick from one of two events: The 5 Man Relay or the Phoenixville Ultra Challenge

5 Man Relay -  Form a team of 5 runners.  Each runner will run a loop consisting of ~4 miles and hand off, repeating in order for 6 hours.  The team covering the most distance will be declared the winner! This promises to be a fun team event!

Phoenixville Ultra Challenge - Take the ultra challenge and run the loop solo as many times as possible during the 6 hour timeframe!  Not for the faint of heart, the goal is to run, jog, walk or crawl to gain more ground than anyone else.

Cash Awards to the Winners!

Those participating in the event should arrive no later than 5:30 PM for instructions and logistics on the night.  Setup begins at 4 PM.

Tents, coolers and other supplies to keep you going through the night are encouraged!  Water and food will be provided throughout the evening!

Interested participants can sign up at:

Those participating in 6 Hour Relay should designate a "captain" who can create a unique team name and a password to be shared with other team members when registering.

Course overview / map- The event begins at Washington Field at our HS Track.  Participants start on the track and then head out to the course as listed at the link below.  Afterwards, runners will finish on the track and either hand off (relay participants) or check in for a completed lap (solo challenge runners).  The parts not on the track are around the Phoenixville SD campus/ surrounding neighborhood.  It is almost exclusively road (with the exception of the track and a few areas of grass).  Minimal hills (link below also provides elevation profile).  Each loop is just around 4 miles (3.93 by last measure).
