• 8:45 a.m. - registration/check-in and Resource Fair open

• 9:15 a.m. - 5K warm-up

• 9:30 a.m. - 5K start

• 9:50 a.m. Superhero Sprint warm-up

• 10 a.m. - Superhero Sprint

• 10:15 a.m. - Opening Ceremony

• 10:30 a.m. - Walk starts

• 12 noon - event concludes
