Description
Sunday, September 8th the Fox Chapel Parks Conservancy and Fox Chapel Borough will host our first ever "fun run" through our beautiful trails and parks. This community oriented and fully inclusive will focus on promoting our parks and trail system with a focus on health, wellness and community in the borough.
The event begins at 8:15am with a 1 mile family fun run/walk immediately followed at 9am by a 5k timed run. Registrants will park in McCahill park and start the race there. The 1 mile run loops Salamander park, while the 5k includes that Salamander loop and extends north into Scott Park before returning for a big finish in McCahill!
Food and fun with local vendors and our community will follow in McCahill park!
