The ISDR Social and Service Committee is proud to present the 1st ISDR 5K for Charity. This year the proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen's Pittsburgh Chapter!
What do you need to do? Run or walk 3.1 miles anywhere you would like between September 12th-September 20th!
Who can participate? Anyone! We are happy to welcome ISDR's, Managers, Mentors, Advisors, Program Leadership, friends, and family!
How do donations work? You will register through this website here. After you have completed your registration, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to custom ink (or navigate back to the home page where the link can also be found), once on the custom ink fundraising site, you can choose to simply donate without buying a t-shirt, or you can buy a t-shirt and the money spent on the t-shirt is part of your donation.

- Following the prompts to register for the race
- you will receive a confirmation email and a digital 'bib' for your race with your participant number
- Follow the link to the Custom Ink fundraiser page to donate and receive your t-shirt
- Complete your 3.1 mile run or walk anytime between September 12th-20th
- Snap a picture post race and email it to a.capozzoli5@gmail.com
