INCREASE AWARENESS
This is a VIRTUAL running challenge that will be held all of July 2024. Participants will challenge themselves to compete and log the most miles. This run is to create awareness while also raising funds for the MS Society

You choose what you use to track your miles and just go to the results section of this page to manually enter them! This race also has options to register under a specific mileage group (run, walk, bike, steps (other).

CHALLENGE YOURSELF

Overall top miler will get a medal shipped to their home!

MOTIVATE!

Participants will also have the chance to motivate each other by joining our "Inner Warrior Group" This group is used for all mile challenges. It is a smaller group with tons of support! Post pictures, make an accountability partner or just follow and track.

FACEBOOK GROUP

Impacted by MS or know somebody who is? Join a MS specific running group via Facebook. This group is very supportive and full of members with all different fitness levels and goals.
