Coventry Woods Trail Running Festival

5K, 10K, 3HR, 6HR and 6HR Relay Races

Courses:

We've added a new event this year - a 6HR relay!  Five great races to choose from at the festival. The popular 3HR and 6HR races use the 10K loop. These beautiful trails are mostly single track with some rocks and roots. The 10K loop has 850' of gain; the 5K has 450' of elevation gain! Join us to race our challenging 5K or 10K races!

Aid Stations:

We provide two aid stations. The main aid station will be near the start/finish line and have food and drinks. The second aid station will be a water table at the halfway point of the 10K course. There will also be water at the halfway point of the 5K course. Personal pit stations can be set up for the 3HR and 6HR participants and are easily accessible along the course adjacent to the start/finish.

$40.00 - 10K Race
$50.00 - 3 Hour Race
$60.00 - 6 Hour Race
$100.00 - 6 Hour Relay Race (2 or 3 runners)

4/22 - 6/15

$35.00 - 5K Race
$45.00 - 10K Race
$60.00 - 3 Hour Race
$75.00 - 6 Hour Race
$120.00 - 6 Hour Race (2 or 3 runners)

** All events $10.00 more on race day **

Relay Racers:

Teams of 2 or 3 runners.
Either Open (men or men & women) or Women's Team.
Team Captain Registers and Pays for full team.  They then invites teammates to join the created team and payment is waived for subsequent team members.

Age Groups:

19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Male & Female
Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female in all races. Awards will also be given to the top three in each age group for all races. 5K, 10K, 3 hour & 6 Hour. Relay will award prizes for Women's and Open division teams.

*Camping is not available at Coventry Woods Park.

Race T-Shirts:

Shirts are guaranteed for runners who register by Sunday, 6/2/2024. Otherwise, shirts will be available as supplies last.

The Big Woods Running Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit club organized to promote trail running in the Hopewell Big Woods region of South Eastern Pennsylvania. The Big Woods area includes many great parks and trails including the Horse-Shoe Trail, French Creek State Park, Woody's Woods, Warwick County Park, and Coventry Woods. BWRC hosts monthly group runs and volunteer trail work days as well as events like the Big Woods 50K. Annual dues are $20 and membership is open to all. Contact: BigWoodsRC@gmail.com
