Join us for a year-long VIRTUAL fitness journey designed to help you build healthy habits, stay motivated, and move consistently—no matter your starting point. Our monthly virtual challenges focus on movement, strength, recovery, and overall wellness, with flexible goals that allow beginners, walkers, runners, and endurance athletes to participate together.

Anyone, anywhere, can join in on the fun!!!!! 

Each month features a new challenge with multiple participation levels, so you can choose what fits your lifestyle and ability. Complete workouts on your own schedule, track your progress virtually, and stay connected with our community through encouragement, accountability, and fun incentives in our Strava Group.  

Participation incentives other than good health....bring on the bling!!!

Whether you’re training for a race, getting back into movement, or simply looking to live a healthier lifestyle, this challenge is about showing up, not speed.
