Virtual Challenge Description
IM ABLE Foundation's February Fitness Challenge: Miles in Motion
Your Mission. Your Way.
The February Fitness Challenge: Miles in Motion is a month-long, hybrid fitness challenge welcoming veterans - with and without disabilities - adaptive athletes, family members, and community supporters to move with purpose throughout February. Participants choose a 10, 25, 50, or 75-mile goal and log miles in RunSignUp using the activities that work best for them—running, walking, rucking, rolling, rowing, cycling, swimming, and more.
This challenge serves as a shadow event to Team RWB’s GWOT 100, offering more accessible distance options. Participants interested in completing 100 miles should register through Team RWB and join the virtual IM ABLE Team listed on the GWOT website! Every participant is encouraged to join all IM ABLE group activities.
