Trick or Trail 13K and 5K race and 2 mile spooky walk

This race is a fundraiser to keep the laurel mill ski trails open.

Join us for a spooky fun time on the Laurel mill ski trail in beautiful Ridgway PA and run a 13K or 5K trail race or take on the 2 mile spooky walk.This chip timed race is a great course for beginners and new to trail racing runners yet will challenge experienced trail runners that want to push the pace. The course is new this year with less mud ! The 13K will run the scout loop and the sparrows nest loop across the road. The 5K will run the perseverance loop. Rolling forest trails offers a surface covered in grass, ferns, rocks, dirt and mud. Nothing too technical. Registration will include a tech race shirt, (must be registered by 10/7 to guarantee a shirt) finisher award for all finishers, a door prize drawing and food after the race. You must be present to win door prizes. Awards for 1st overall male and female for each distance. The walk is non competitive. All registered kids 12 and under will receive a free treat bag.  Costumes encouraged!                                                              Parking is limited so please carpool.  No aid stations for the 5K, one aid station for the 13K at the 2 mile mark.

All proceeds will go to the Allegheny hike,bike and ski association and be used to maintain the laurel mill ski area and to build trails
