Description
This is a 5K Cross Country Race. The race will be held on the West Shamokin Cross Country course located at the high school, 178 Wolf Lane, Rural Valley, PA 16249. The course consists of rolling hills, fields, grass, dirt and woods.
Ok, you asked, so we added it! There will be a 1 mile fun walk at 9:15 for $10. The walk is not timed and there are no awards... just a chance to get out, exercise and support your Wolves!
