Description
The Perkiomen Trail Run is a 4 mile trail race, hosted by Runner's Refuge and sanctioned by USA Track & Field that starts and ends at Central Perkiomen Valley Park. Participants will experience a traffic free out-and-back course along the Perkiomen Trail, with minimal elevation change. The entire course is paved and follows the Perkiomen Creek until the turn around point near Pennsylvania Route 29. This race is perfect for runners of any caliber, looking for a quality trail race in their own backyard. In hosting a trail race, Runner's Refuge hopes to highlight the benefits of living an active lifestyle and the need to maintain our local trails and parks. All proceeds from the Perkiomen Trail Run will benefit the continued maintenance of Central Perkiomen Valley Park and the Perkiomen Trail.
