Shamrock 'N Run 2026 | Event Details

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Location: Sharon American Legion Post 299
Address: 1395 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146
Race Route: Starts and ends at the Sharon American Legion Post 299, winding through beautiful Buhl Park

Schedule:

Registration: 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM
Welcome: 10:30 AM
Shotgun Start: 10:45 AM
Post-Race Breakfast & Awards: Immediately following at the Sharon American Legion Post 299

Event Options:

5K Run – This is built for those in the group who plan to run the entire race. Only participants in the 5k will receive a timing chip.

Competition details:

• The fastest five scores from each team will count toward the team prize.
• Individual scores qualify for age group awards and overall rankings.

Just Walk – A relaxed stroll for those who want to join the fun without timing. If your plan is to just walk with family and friends and support PHN Charitable Foundation, then this option is for you!

Breakfast Only – Enjoy the “Oranges & Greens Breakfast of Champions” buffet and entertainment without racing.

Registration Information:

• Online Registration: Available until Friday, March 6th, 11:59 PM.
• Day-of Registration: You may also register on the day of the event between 9:30am & 10:15am at Sharon American Legion Post 299 in Sharon, PA.
• Early bird registration: Discounts are available, and the pricing schedule is listed below, so secure your spot now!

Pricing:

• *Early Bird: Registration open – Feb 6th: 5k - $25 | Just Walk - $20
• Standard: Feb 7th – March 6th: 5k - $30 | Just Walk - $25
• Day of Race: 5k - $35 | Just Walk- $30
• Breakfast only: $10

*Early Bird Bonus:

Register for the Shamrock ‘N Run by February 6 to guarantee your race t-shirt size. Late registrations may have limited size options.

Post Race Celebration:

• After you finish the 5k or Just Walk your fun is just beginning!

What’s New for 2026?

• New Location: We’re moving to Sharon American Legion Post 299 with a scenic route through Buhl Park!
• Pot of Gold Raffle: Purchase tickets at the event for a chance to win a mega prize package!

Returning Favorites:

• Team Challenge: Create or join a team for a chance to win prizes for fastest team, and most creative team name.
• Prizes & Awards: Will be presented to the top three finishers (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) in each age group for both men and women & overall grand prizes to the fastest male and fastest female
• Costume contest: Wear your most festive attire for a chance to win the best dressed.

Ample parking will be available in the parking lot behind the Sharon American Legion Post 299.

Packet Picket

Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026 Packet Pick Up at PHN Charitable Foundation | Board Room located at 55 Pitt St. Sharon, PA 16146 from 9:00 am – 6:00 PM.

Payments

Please bring cash or a credit card for any registration payments or raffle ticket purchases.

Pets

Although we encourage participants to bring their pets for the 5K or walk, please note that pets are not allowed inside Sharon American Legion Post 299 before, during, or after the race. Service animals are, of course, welcome.
