TH Fayette Sprint/Speed Clinic

This is a 2-Day Speed & Sprint Clinic, held at South Union Rec Center, built to teach young athletes the fundamentals of sprinting in a fun, hands-on, easy-to-understand way. The sessions are run by experienced coaches who know how to break things down quickly, keep athletes engaged, and help them see immediate progress.  This way of understanding speed and speed theory will help out with Track and Field, Football, Soccer, XC, Baseball, Basketball, etc!   Class sizes will be limited.  

Clinic is December 22&23. 3rd-7th grade 10am-12pm. 8th-12th Grades: 1pm-3pm. T-shirt size guaranteed if registered by Dec 12.

Over the two days, athletes will learn:
• Proper sprint mechanics
• How to accelerate with power
• Max-velocity running form
• Speed drills they can use on their own
• Core, plyometrics, and isometric strength work
• Nutrition habits that fuel performance
• How weight training can build real speed-No lifting at clinic
• Plus—fun relays and timed sprint
