Villanova 1842 Day 5K

 

In honor of Villanova University’s 5th annual day of giving, we are featuring a virtual 5K event! Run, walk, bike or swim your 5K and help us surpass a total of 1,842 total miles! By reaching this milestone, we will also unlock a $10,000 challenge gift from Sean O'Neill '87 VSB.

Your registration fee of $18.42 is a tax-deductible donation and will directly support the Villanova Scholarship Fund. There is also a registration option that includes an 1842 Day 5K t-shirt. Register by August 26 to receive the shirt by race day. You will also have the opportunity to make an additional gift to support the Villanova Annual Fund, Villanova Athletic Fund and/or the UNITAS Initiative. All gifts will count towards our 1842 Day totals.

Your virtual race can take place anytime between Friday, September 17 and Tuesday, September 21. Remember to come back here to enter your time by clicking HERE. We encourage you to take pictures and tag @VillanovaAlumni and use the #1842Day hashtag!

Results Entry Instructions:

1. Click HERE. to get to the results entry screen
2. Enter your first and last name in the "Search Participant" boxes and select the "Lookup Registration" button
3. Select the "Submit Virtual Result" button next to your name
4. Enter your time and select the "Submit Your Time" button

Photo Upload Instructions:

1. Click HERE. to get to the photo Upload screen
2. Select the  "Add Photos to your Album" box
3. Select the "Upload Images" button 
4. Drag and drop your photos or choose to import from your computer.  You can add multiple photos to your album
5. Click the "I'm Finished Uploading" button after completed.
6. You can select "All Participant Uploads" button as well to see all the others participating.
