Test the Timing 10K hat run

Help us test how our new smart decoder works. This 10K race will start at the end of Anthony's driveway and go out & back on the canal path. Each participant who finishes will get to pick a hat from the bin of random hats collected over the years. Hats include Michters Whiskey, NY Yankees, Patron Tequila, several race hats and more. There will also be beer & Tequila at the finish line for those 21 and over.
