CCDSIG Family Fun Day & Buddy Walk
This year our CCDSIG Family Fun Day & Buddy Walk will be October 13th, 2019 at West Goshen Community Park. (West Goshen Park: Intersection of Five Points Rd & Fern Hill Rd. West Chester, PA 19380).
CCDSIG Fundraising: Each team that raises $250 by September 3RD will be on the event t-shirt. If you need help setting up your Team Fundraising page (all teams must have a page), please email email@example.com.
Food: Food: Bring Your Own Picnic/Tailgating food! We will have 2 food trucks that will be parked in front of the ARC. Feel free to bring your own picnic set up. (e.g., a 10x10 pop up tent, chairs, blanket, and lunch for your family and friends). We will have free drinks and snacks that are collected from local corporate donors and pizza for registered attendees.
Carnival: As always, we will have lots of carnival games, activities, crafts, face painting, and live entertainment. We are looking into new and fun things to make this year even better. Raffle tickets will be available at the Fun Day.
Raffles: We are grateful for raffle items and raffle baskets. In order to help our volunteer committee stay organized before and during the event, we are asking for all raffle items and baskets be dropped off to committee chair. (email firstname.lastname@example.org for drop off location). Deadline for drop off is September 15th. We would be happy to make arrangements for pick up as well. Please call/email us to arrange drop off or pick up before September 15th.

Welcome to the Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group’s (CCDSIG) 20th year of celebrating the Upside of Down Syndrome! Founded in 1998, CCDSIG is a nonprofit organization focused on the following mission:
The Family Fun Day & Buddy Walk is our biggest event and fundraiser of the year with over 1000 attendees. This year's event will be held Sunday, October 13th at West Goshen Community Park (West Chester).

We welcome our community partners, organizations and businesses who provide services and goods to benefit the Down syndrome community to reserve a display table! The $35 fee includes a six-foot table and two chairs; you may set up your space with your own popup 10x10 tent, a tablecloth, and/or items and activities to engage with attendees. Set up will be 8am-9am; tear down can start at 1pm.
Keep in mind weather and wind conditions when preparing your tables. Paperweights are highly recommended. This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be possible.
Each vendor/community must provide 1 item/basket for raffle, minimum value of $25. Please send a description of item/basket to firstname.lastname@example.org. All raffle items must be received by September 13, 2019. Raffle items will be raffled off during the event or may be combined to create a silent auction basket. All proceeds from raffle sales will be donated to CCDSIG.
Please park in the ARC parking lot at 900 Lawrence Drive. We will have volunteers meet you to help you carry your things and guide you to your assigned table space.
