Each day schedule will feature a great run from the location. We will do a lot of trail running. You'll have the opportunity to run with some of the best high school runners in Chester County. Each runner will be assigned a group led by a local runner. This group will consist of athletes of similar abilities. Before the run each day, Coaches Burns and Kelly will discuss various areas of cross country running and things you can do to improve. After the run, we'll have a snack and a speaker. We've had some great speakers in the past including several Olympians such as Leo Manzano, Erin Donohue, Steve Holman and Julie Culley. We'll have a great lineup of speakers again this year.
Thursday night's mile gives you a chance to test your summer fitness and show you how fast you can off of just strength work. After your section of the mile, stick around and watch the elites. We've had athletes set the Chester County record on the women's and men's side. Last year's race featured the 8th and 9th ranked female 800 meter runners in the world for 2018. We expect a great field again this year.
