Daybreak 5k

It's time for another Daybreak 5k.  The weather looks great next Saturday so let's take advantage of it.

We are going to run heats of up to 20 people.  A heat will go off every 3:00 to allow for adequate social distancing.  The first heat will be at 6:45AM.    This is going to be a no frills race.   Please follow the guidelines below to keep everyone safe.  We will have some old Levante race Ts available on first come first served basis when you pick up your number.

1. There will be no restrooms available.
2. You are responsible for bringing your own water.  We will not provide any water stops.
3. All registrations will be done via RunSignup.  No cash transactions.
4. Packet pick up will be on race morning starting at 6:15 AM in the alley behind the High Street Parking Garage(Pearl Alley)..  .  Please wear a mask to number pickup.
5. The streets will not be closed to traffic.  You may have to run on the sidewalks at times.  The course will be marked but there will be no course marshals.  
6. The race will start and finish at different locations to insure maximum social distancing.  
7. You must start the race with a mask.  If you take your mask down during the race, please put it up when you finish.
8. The race will be chip timed and the results be at this web-site.  There will be start and finish mats.
9. Please do not show up for the race if you have any symptoms of Covid 19.
10. We would encourage you to sign up to run in a heat with your friends.  Heat times: 1-6:45, 2-6:48, 3-6:51, 4-6:54, 5-6:57, 6-7:00, 7-7:03, 8-7:07.
11. There will be a 35:00 time limit for the 5k.
