Pocopson Fun Run

Let's PINK OUT the Pocopson Fun Run in support of Unite for HER and women with breast cancer! On April 27th, Pocopson will host its annual Fun Run.  Join us and support the women of Unite for HER, especially Pocopson's very own Sharon Towber.  There are three ways to participate - 1/3 mile(K-2nd grade), kids 1 mile(3rd-5th grade) and new this year ~ the adult/alumni 1 mile.

Many of our lives have been touched in one way or another by this disease.  Unite for HER is a local organization helping those who are receiving treatment in over 30 area hospitals. UFH will support 1,200 newly diagnosed women this year alone by funding and delivering complimentary therapies (acupuncture, massage/reiki, yoga, nutrition, professional counseling) that support their physical and emotional needs.
