What does a virtual event mean?

A virtual event means that you will be able to complete the distance of the event from anywhere you choose, as opposed to there being a designated place/time for the event. This allows us to offer the event in a safe way given the current safety concerns with large gatherings of people.

How will results work?

Participants will time themselves using their own watches/apps OR you can simply complete the distance and mark the event as "complete" if you do not track your own time. To submit your time/completion, you will click on RESULTS on the top menu bar and then click "Submit Virtual Results". It will prompt you to enter your name and then you can verify it's you by confirming your email or last 4 digits of your phone number. Then follow the on-screen prompts to get the results posted.

You can also access the results posting via your profile. Click on the event under your profile and you'll see a link to submit virtual results. You will also be able to download a finisher's certificate once your results are submitted.

How will we get our t-shirt?

We will have an opportunity for participants to do a drive-by pick up of their t-shirt (time/date TBD). If you are unable to pick up your shirt then we will mail it to you. Given the fundraising goal of the event, our hope is that as many people will pick up in person as possible to save the event some fundraising dollars.
