PUBLIX VIRTUAL 30 CHALLENGE
How do I track my progress? Download the RaceJoy App and log in. You must carry your phone while completing the challenges. The app is available for Apple and Android devices. Download the RaceJoy mobile app in advance to ensure proper phone setup. Invite your friends and family to track you and send you cheers!
Do I have to pay for the RaceJoy App? No, we are providing you with RaceJoy as part of the official race experience for the Publix Virtual 30 Challenge (powered by RunSignup, © 2021).
What are the key RaceJoy features?
- GPS Progress Alerts
- Receive continual progress updates as you complete your goal.
- Live GPS Tracking
- Remote spectators can track your progress live in a map view.
- You can also track others.
- Send-a-Cheer
- Receive supportive audio cheers from remote friends & family.
- Virtual Results (virtual events only)
- Enter your race-assigned bib number to automatically submit your finish data for real-time scored results.
Do I have to use the RaceJoy app to track my progress? While you can use your personal fitness app to track your distance and keep a tally of your mileage completed, using RaceJoy will keep track of miles earned and update the registration platform automatically for you.
I didn't receive my bib number to enter into the RaceJoy app; how do I get this information? A bib number was emailed to you with your registration confirmation. If you can not locate your bib number, please email virtual30challenge@gmail.com.
When will I receive my race t-shirt, finisher medal, and swag bag items? If you complete the Publix Virtual 30 Challenge prior to June 30, the items will be mailed to you approximately seven (7) business days after completing the challenge. We will ship directly after June 30 to the US shipping address provided during registration. Please double-check the mailing address you provided during registration. You have the ability to make edits in your RunSignUp profile.
If I used an app other than the RaceJoy app to track my mileage/data, how do I submit my data? You can submit your results via RunSignUp and enter your miles and time manually once you have completed the event. Or you can also email us your proof of participation at virtual30challenge@gmail.com. It is not necessary to do both.
How are the shirts sized? We provide a sizing chart during the registration process. The sizing chart is located next to the t-shirt selection question. Click on the image to enlarge and view available options. Once you select a size, you will be sent that size shirt. We do not offer any exchanges for shirts or any other item we provide you.
Will I receive a medal or anything else for my participation? Yes, every registered participant will receive a medal and swag bag. You can review the items each participant will receive at: https://runsignup.com/Race/PUBLIX30CHALLENGE/Page-3.
If I choose not to participate in the challenge, can I still donate to any of the charities? Yes, you can donate to the charity of your choice by clicking on the donate button on the top right of your screen. Then select a charity, enter the amount you wish donate, and proceed to check out. 100% of your donation, except for the processing fee, is donated to the charity you selected.
Will I receive emails from Publix by registering for this event? No, you will only receive email as it relates to the Publix Virtual 30 Challenge.
