The cost to attend the panel discussion is $10 (+Run Signup fee), but if you show up to the event, you'll snag $15 back in Fleet Feet Bucks. PLUS, if you sign up AND attend, you'll be entered to win one of two one-on-one coaching sessions with the experts at Feldman Physical Therapy (that's a $220 value)! We'll select two lucky winners at the end of the panel discussion.

But there's more! Our panel of experts and Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie will donate $5 to Dutchess Outreach for every person in attendance at the event. Dutchess Outreach is the largest food security organization in the County. Its mission is to provide healthy food and compassionate support and to advocate for food security and social equity.
