Pals In Motion Event Schedule
- 7:30am - Registration/check-in/t-shirt pickup begins
- 8:30am - Welcome and announcements
- 9:00am - 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk start
- 10:00-11:00am - Field Day Challenge - Art/Music Activities on Plaza
Parking & Shuttle Information
No matter where you park, we strongly encourage arriving early to make sure you can get to the field by 8:30am, when the program begins.
On-site parking: Please park in the lot accessible from Richmond Road or Fairmount Blvd. (Google Maps: Beachwood High School).
Overflow parking:
- Beachwood City Hall / Community Center, 25325 Fairmount Boulevard. Note: you will need to cross Fairmount Blvd. on foot to reach the high school.
- Beachwood Board of Education, 24601 Fairmount Boulevard, Beachwood, OH — a short walk to the event site.
Please do not park in the Beachwood Middle School or Library parking lots.
Free shuttle service, presented by OPFNE!
New this year, we're offering free shuttle service from Congregation Mishkan Or to help make parking easier and getting to the start line a breeze. Park at Congregation Mishkan Or, 26000 Shaker Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122 (accessible from either Richmond Road or Shaker Blvd. E), and hop on a shuttle to the event. Shuttles will run continuously from 7:00–9:00am and again from 10:00–11:30am. Thank you to Congregation Mishkan Or for generously hosting parking, and to OPFNE for sponsoring the shuttles!
