Walk with us from your neighborhood or home! We can still send a message of support to survivors of sexual violence in Carroll County and beyond.
During this time, our 24-hour hotline is still active, our therapists are still serving their clients, advocates are still connecting with survivors every day, and the awareness and funds raised by this event are more important to RCIS than ever! Let’s show that our community supports survivors, even when we can’t be together face-to-face.
You can fundraise as an individual or as a team. The top fundraising team will receive a framed certificate, and interview with WTTR radio, social media coverage, and bragging rights! REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
General registration $10 /$5 kids under 12
Unfortunately, due to the logistics of distribution, we will no longer be providing T-shirts for the walk this year. However, we do have a mask option available for purchase for $10 (see below for picture and more information). Masks must be purchased by March 26th, 2021 to guarantee shipping in time for walk. If you wish to purchase a mask after the event please visit our website at https://www.rapecrisiscc.org/walk-a-mile-masks/. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment.
NO REFUNDS will be given for registration or a mask purchase.
Purchase an " I Believe Survivors" Mask!
Every dollar donated makes a huge difference in a survivor's healing journey here at RCIS. Because of your support, survivors are never charged a cent for any of our services. Please consider buying one or more of our custom-made adult "I Believe Survivors" masks for only $10, where all proceeds go toward helping survivors and their loved ones! If you wish to wear your mask for the walk, please purchase before March 26, 2021 to account for shipping delays due to COVID-19.
