Course Map
The Band on the Run 5k will start at the back of the Plainfield Community Middle School then run around the front before hitting Longfellow. Racers will then head towards Center Street and cross the street, with the help of an officer, to hit the trail system. Participants will run through Friendship Gardens where they will see gazebos, a waterfall feature, and have access to a restroom, before crossing an iron bridge. After crossing the bridge, racers will continue on the white lick creek trail for about an additional 1/2 mile to Main Street where they will turn around and repeat the course in reverse.
