COURSE INFO
Both the half marathon and the 5k will begin at 7th & Broadway in historic downtown Marysville, KS. From there the runners will run a short distance through the streets of Marysville until they pick up the Blue River Rail Trail. From there the runners will head north along the newly finished branch of the trail. The 5k runners will turn around near the old trail head while the half marathon runners will continue on along the trail through the varying landscapes until they turn around just beyond where the town of Hull, Kansas once was. Both races will finish up where they began, at 7th & Broadway. Runners will cross multiple bridges and have beautiful views of limestone outcrops, grass-covered bluffs and open farm fields. Periodic water stations and aid stations and will be located along the route. You will not be disappointed by the beauty and peacefulness of this course!
