-American Foundation for Suicide Prevention provides many different resources to help prevent suicide.
-National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
-You Matter is a safe space online where youth can share stories through blogs about mental health and wellness. This was created by the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
-Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. These trainings are offered locally and nationally.
