Timing and Awards
New For 2024 - The 2024 Publix Run to The Arts 5K will be timed this year by our Cape Coral neighbors Lin-Mark Sports - Runners will be able to sign up to receive texted results during the entry process.
Our event will use the Chronotrack Timing System with a disposable timing chip (called a B tag) affixed on the back of your race bib.
All overall awards will be based on GUN Time - Any runner who feels that they can win an overall award should position themselves at the front of the starting line to achieve the fastest gun time possible. All age group awards will be based upon chip time.
Runners are eligible to win one award.
Overall Awards - 1st Place Male/Female in: overall, masters, grand masters, and senior masters. (Based on GUNTIME)
Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers (Male and Female based on CHIP TIME) in each age group listed below
