2.  How will I get my Swag?

We will host  Packet Pickup is on September 11, 2021 from 10-4pm.  If you are running the Virtual Race, and cannot pick up your packet in person, you can "add on" shipping at time of registration to have it shipped to you for $6.

3.  Will 2021 be a live race?

We are offering both in person and virtual options, so our participants can choose what makes them most comfortable. We're excited to announce that we have added a 5K this year as well. We are keeping a close eye on Covid numbers, current CDC and local guidelines for events, and industry standards. We have added additional safety protocols including a staggered start, mask requirement, hand sanitizer stations, and contactless nutrition pickup for post race. The measures are detailed here: LINK

4.  What if I choose the "Live" option, but then want to switch to "Virtual", or registered for the 5K and want to switch to the 10K?

This is totally fine, and we are flexible if you'd like to change from live to virtual. For distance changes, it will depend on availability in that race.

5.  What if state and local jurisdictions are not allowing "Live" events of this size when we get closer to September bc of a spike in Covid numbers?

If it is not safe to hold the race in person, we will pivot to an all "virtual" experience like we did in 2020.

6. What charity does the race support?

Our charitable partner for 2021 is Girls on the Run Southeastern Suburban PA and Girls on the Run Philadelphia.

7.  Where can I view my results after the race?

Your results will be posted near the finish line and online @ Runsignup.com.

8.  Are deferrals permitted?

We allow a one time deferral for injury or medical reason.  Please submit a note from your doctor or PT to defer.  All deferral requests must be submitted by August 1, 2021.  Additionally, if you are feeling sick and need to stay home, we will allow a one time deferral as long as you let us know before the race starts.

Yes!  We love discussing partnerships and getting creative with partners that are a good fit for our community.  Reach out to Barb McKeever, at Barb@memracing.com.
