Mark your calendar for the Dental Lifeline Network RI fundraiser, Miles for Smiles 5K Walk/Run. Dental Lifeline Network RI provides essential competent dental care to medically compromised and disabled patients throughout our state. Arrowhead Dental Associates is sponsoring this event in beautiful Ninigret Park, Charlestown RI on May 7th 10:00 A.M.
Registrations can be submitted online or by mail using our registration form provided in the links below. Adult registration is $20.00, Kids are $5.00, Children under 5 are free. Check’s can be made out to Dental Lifeline Network RI. Contact Dr. Christine Benoit with any questions at 401-364-6300. Come support those in need with friends and family as we come together and move our feet for a good cause.
