Course Overview:

Swim: A sheltered, beginner-friendly swim inside the Fort Adams cove beside the Oliver Hazard Perry tall ship.
Bike: A beautiful and rolling loop on Ocean Drive with nonstop ocean vistas and coastal landmarks.
Run: A scenic and historic tour through Fort Adams State Park, including stretches inside the fort itself.
